2505 Bruckner is a state-of-the-art multi-story urban logistics facility that will deliver unparalleled access to over 9.4 million people in a 15-mile radius. At 700,000 square feet on an impressive 20 acres, 2505 Bruckner is New York City’s largest logistics facility for modern day distribution. Located at the intersection of major truck routes, the building is ideally located for last mile and same-day deliveries. The building, which features up to 32’ ceilings and 800 lb. floor loads; an unprecedented loading dock ratio; column spacing that supports modern racking systems; a two-lane highway ramp allowing for direct loading; two 130-ft. truck courts; and substantial onsite parking and fleet storage, is set for completion in 2020. 2505 Bruckner will redefine urban logistics.
