The City Freight Show Partners Program aims to establish equitable-value, mutually beneficial, barter-only relationships with qualified media publications and associations. Since its inception, Home Delivery has partnered with 100+ media outlets.

Negotiation of each barter-deal depends on the value being offered. Our goal is to ensure that the benefits offered by the City Freight Show are of relatively equal (matching) value to the exposure received in return.

WHAT THE CITY FREIGHT SHOW CAN OFFER SUPPORTING PARTNERS

The City Freight Show can offer branding, exposure, and discounts/incentives to organizations/associations/media outlets. Examples are listed below:

Discount to your members/clients/subscribers (typically 5% - 10%)
VIP attendee passes
Branding and links on the City Freight Show website and marketing material
Branding and signage at the event
Distribution rights at the event (e.g. dedicated space in the media hub to distribute flyers, brochures, magazines)
Exhibition booth/pod or meeting area
Inclusion in our social media campaigns
Listing on the City Freight Show Networking App (Jujama)

WHAT SUPPORTING PARTNERS CAN OFFER THE CITY FREIGHT SHOW

The City Freight Show barters with organizations/associations/media that can offer mass exposure that encourages attendance. Examples of acceptable offers include:

Email marketing to your members/clients/subscribers
Promotion on your website (Listing on Event Calendar / banner on website, logo and link on website)
Promotion in Newsletter or eNewsletter
Promotion in Social Media
Free print adverts
Free inserts
