Mr Inceosman is currently the General Manager of Turkish Airlines Singapore and is an expert on performance measurement in service management.
Graduated from Stuttgart University, he has worked with Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering and was involved in the research project creating a technology platform, allowing collaboration and sharing of information to create service management businesses.
Cengiz has extensive experience in marketing and sales; he lead all corporate sales and marketing campaigns for Turkish Airlines in Stuttgart, Germany from 2004 to 2008. He was then appointed as General Manager of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia before his move to Singapore in 2010.
Fortunately for an airline guy, Cengiz loves to travel.
