Mr. Baigorri manages the Miami office as Regional Director. He oversees the firm's client and wealth advisory efforts in southern Florida for domestic and international families. Mr. Baigorri has more than 20 years of experience in the banking and legal fields. Throughout his career, he has advised foreign and United States ultra high net worth families with a specific focus on tax minimization strategies and implementation of estate plans for families with both United States and foreign status assets. Prior to joining Bessemer, Mr. Baigorri was a Managing Director at JPMorgan’s Private Bank. Previously, he was in private practice with an international U.S. based law firm, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, and a Florida firm, Katz Barron Squitero & Faust, and worked with Banco Santander, in Puerto Rico and Florida. Throughout his career, Mr. Baigorri has advised foreign and United States ultra high net worth families with a specific focus on legacy planning, family governance, tax minimization strategies and implementation of estate plans for families with United States and foreign situs assets. Mr. Baigorri received his LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law, his J.D. from the Interamerican University School of Law, and his B.A. from Boston University. He is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Baigorri is a member of The Florida Bar and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). |
