Entry Information

 

We are starting the Awards nominations earlier than ever this year where anyone within the industry is welcome to put forward their company (or another they want to nominate) in each category.

The Deadline for Nominating a company is  January 12, 2024.  

From these nominations the list of companies in each category that has been put forward will then be listed on the website for voting to take place. The voting period will last until February 16, before which point you will have the opportunity to vote on who you would like to see make the final shortlist and win each award category.

When  voting closes on the February 16  it is at that point that the votes and nominations will be reviewed and then the shortlisted companies in each category will be announced shortly after.

In that time those shortlisted will be contacted to fill in their submission form for review by the Scientific Advisory Board members, which will be used in helping make the final decision in each category with the votes. Winners will be announced on the evening of April 2 at the ViE Awards Dinner itself.

We wish you all the very best of luck and can't wait to see everyone in person for the World Vaccine Congress Washington meeting from April 1-4, and of course the ViE Awards evening itself on the April 2.

Important Notes:

* Votes will only be counted from recognised companies working within the industry with official work email addresses.

* There will be a strict RSVP for the Awards in 2024, where you will need a separate registration to ensure we can manage numbers correctly.
