Ana Hol, Associate Professor & Associate Dean, Western Sydney University

Associate Professor Ana Hol, PhD is an Associate Dean, Learning and Teaching, School of Computer, Data and Mathematical Sciences at the Western Sydney University. Her research interests are in the areas of Information Systems, Small and Medium Enterprises, Information Technology use, acceptance and adoption; eTransformation and eCollaboration of the businesses within developed and developing countries; technologies and applications for education; social networking strategies; process optimisation and knowledge management. Ana is a keen educator an innovator. She received highly commended Vice Chancellor Excellence Award for the excellence in leadership in 2016. She is a Winner of the Australian Computer Society Digital Disruptor-ICT Educator of The Year award 2018 and the South East Asia Regional Computer Confederation Global ICT Educator of the Year 2018 Award. Ana is a member of ACPHIS (Australian Council of Professors and Heads of Information Systems) since 2011 and a member of the Australian Computer Society since 2017.
