Martin Lim is the founder and CEO of ONWARD Health Research, a Singapore-based, seed-stage startup developing a platform that enables hospitals and physicians in Southeast Asia to conduct world-class clinical research.

Prior to this, Martin spent five years as the COO of a multi-specialty clinical research network in Southern California.  Additionally, Martin spent over 12 years in healthcare software in roles spanning from implementation to product/project management and sales.  Martin started his career as a study coordinator managing clinical trials in the areas of radiology, oncology and cardiology at the UC Irvine Medical Center and University of Southern California Medical Center.  

Martin holds a bachelor's degree in biology from UC Irvine, master's degree in physiology from Georgetown University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Business.
