Tracey Campbell has worked in education in the UK for over twenty years, in primary and further education schools and colleges. She has provided training and support in over 50 schools in Essex as an ICT Leading Teacher supporting them with new technologies and virtual learning environments. In 2015 she became a consultant which involved working with companies to supply hardware and ELearning solutions for schools then support them with technologies and training for teachers.
Passionate about digital technologies, Tracey works collaboratively with classroom teachers encouraging and supporting them in their role to incorporate information technology. She joined Kings' Nad Al Sheba in 2016 as their Digital Coach and has developed their cross curricular computing curriculum, infusing technology within the classroom. Working with the whole community, children, teachers and parents, Tracey has uplevelled them with 21st Century skills for the future. In her new role of leading innovation, she has created an environment and ICE room (Inspire, Create and Explore) to provide a STEAM environment for teachers and children to embed their creating, designing and innovative skills. In November 2016 she worked with a group of pupils and won an Innovation Award for their Kalebr project #happyplant. Showing their coding and 21st-Century Skills as part of the core curriculum while promoting innovation in the classroom.
