Ms. Jwairia Saleem … a strong proponent of life long learning. 
She is particularly adept at improving under performing schools through whole school transformation drives.
She has always been self-driven and very enthusiastically engaged in professional development because of which she has been able to develop expertise in several domains; school administration and management, school improvement planning, curriculum development, special education, ICT in education, quality assessment, school inspection/ reviews, teacher training, life skills training including media and financial literacy.

Out of the total 20 years of experience in School education with both ICSE and CBSE streams,12 yrs have been in middle and top management levels. She also has a working knowledge of IGCSE and IB as well as several ministry curricula in the gulf and has been selected by CBSE as a Peer Assessor for School Accreditation in Feb 2015.
She has worked with the DSIB as Associate Inspector from 2009-2012 and is a Consultant Specialist reviewer of Pvt. Schools, QAA (Quality Assurance Authority), Bahrain since its inception in 2009.
