As a qualified teacher and Library and Information specialist, Kirsty's involvement in teaching technology started over 17 years ago. I enjoy working with Grade 00-7 primary school students where their creativity and thirst for knowledge and exploration is an inspiration. On a daily basis she teaches Digital Citizenship, Research Skills, Coding and Computational Thinking. This year she has concentrated on training teachers to use the Ed-admin management software, Microsoft Office 365 tools, Purple Mash and other learner support programs such as CAMI Reader and Mathletics. She is also the Primary School Librarian at Assumption Convent where her passion for reading comes alive. She currently holds the office of Treasurer for ADLIB, the Association of School Librarians, in Gauteng.
