Vytautas Kaikaris is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of a European leisure carrier Small Planet Airlines. 

Since its creation in 2008 Small Planet Airlines has expanded to the largest European markets as well as South East Asia and now has offices in Poland, Germany and Thailand with headquarters in Vilnius, Lithuania. Under Vytautas’s leadership the company has been doubling in size every two years by providing aircraft capacity to European tour operators and Asian airlines during their respective peak seasons.  Boasting one of the best cost structures among its peers (as measured in CASK), the company expects to finish 2015 with €182m revenues, €37.1m EBITDAR and €15.1 net profit.

Before joining aviation business, Vytautas served as a Marketing Director at BITE Group, a mobile-operator in Lithuania. Early in his carrier, Vytautas held different roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG.

Vytautas has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia International University Estonia, Tallinn, Estonia, as well as executive training certificates from Harvard, INSEAD and other reputable schools around the world.

Originally from Lithuania, Vytautas recently moved to Thailand with his wife and two children in order to strengthen Small Planet Airlines’ position in South East Asia.
