Tina Di Cicco, Chief Marketing Officer, Air Juan

Tina DiCicco is a marketing, brand and communications professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience across airlines, hotels, and technology in Asia-Pacific. She has a track record of building innovative, pioneering and disruptive businesses for early-stage companies as well as for blue-chip players such as Lufthansa and IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group).
 
Tina is currently Chief Marketing Officer at Air Juan, where she leads marketing and sales; route development; customer support; government relations, partnerships and alliances. Air Juan, a pioneering aviation company, is changing the tourism landscape in the Philippines and improving the travel experiences in the region.  Tina's primary responsibility is to build Air Juan's position as an innovator in air transportation and tourism in the Philippines and beyond.
 
Previously, Tina was in the founding team of Viva Macau, the low-cost airline that challenged the territory's 25-year aviation monopoly.  There, Tina led marketing, advertising, promotion and route development. She also worked with Lufthansa, where she held various roles from marketing and public relations to leading airport passenger services teams.  
 
Tina’s hotel industry experience includes working with IHG, where she led marketing communications at the InterContinental Grand Stanford in Hong Kong; and then Brand PR and Communications in Asia Australasia for the group. She also co-founded I-Quest Corporation, a pioneering broadband connectivity and online solutions provider for the hospitality industry. The company established global connectivity projects with leading hotel groups with a particular strength in Asia and in Europe and had more than 65,000 guestrooms under contract. At I-Quest, Tina led branding and marketing and co-led the development of its award-winning business travel portal. 
 
Tina is based in Singapore and is a frequent speaker on marketing communications, crisis communications and social media.
