Tero Taskila is a Senior Associate Partner with Aviado Partners Consulting GmbH. Tero leads the offerings in executive leadership support, strategy, commercial, network and fleet planning and restructuring. His focus has been on developing and executing bottom-line improvements with particular experience in strategic planning, commercial restructuring, crisis management, and organisational redesign. His expertise and experience has been valued by CxO-level clients worldwide. 

Having started his career at Finnair, Tero has held progressive leadership roles with including as CEO, CCO and other C-level positions across the range of business models from low-cost to full-service airlines, from regional to long-haul carriers all over the world. He has held roles with Qatar Airways, Gulf Air, airBaltic and Estonian Air. Tero is a regular lecturer at Universities in London and is considered one of the leading aviation strategists in Scandinavia by media and financial institutions. 

Tero has worked in advisory roles in strategic and commercial subjects in North America (United States and Canada), South America, Europe, Middle-East, Asia Pacific region and Africa. He is also active globally in Non-Executive Director roles for different industries.
