Over 12 years with British Airways in various roles up to VP level based in UK and Far East covering Passenger Services at Heathrow, Flight Crew Management for Airbus, Boeing and Concorde Fleet, Aircraft Simulator Sales and Airport Operations across Far East Asia.

Last 3 years with Qatar Airways in Doha, Qatar as VP Global Network Operations accountable for 470 flts a day and 155 of the most modern AC Fleet in the world including A380, A350 and Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

Joined BIAL as Senior Vice President Operations in 7 August 2015, leading the next stage of airport customer experience leading to and through opening of second terminal facility and 2nd runway.
