Eric Nordling heads commercial operations at Revenue Management Systems (RMS), the fastest growing revenue management vendor in the airline industry. Eric joined the company in 2012 when it had 23 airline customers. RMS now serves more than 55 airline clients and its airRM system is the overwhelming favorite among LCC and Hybrid airlines.

Prior to joining RMS, Eric was head of marketing for Naverus, a startup that provided GPS-based navigation technology (known as RNP) to the airline industry.

Earlier in his career, Eric was a co-founder and SVP Marketing for independence air, the largest LCC start-up in the history of the airline industry. In this position he drew on his experiences with route, fleet and schedule planning at United Airlines. His independence air role was also served by his extensive background in revenue management having lead RM teams at MarkAir, Delta and Atlantic Coast Airlines (dba United Express).

Eric serves on the Board of a non-profit school for children with special needs and has BA and MBA degrees from Northwestern University. He and his wife Rosaleen live near Seattle with their two sons.
