John is the Deputy Chairman of the DFASS Group, and President of DFASS Asia Pacific.

John has worked within the travel retail industry for close to 30 years having held several senior roles. He started the first in flight concession in Europe whilst Managing Director of Ocean Trading.  He Joined DFASS as a personal Advisor to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Bernard Klepach, and subsequently took on a full time role in 1994 as Director Vendor Relations managing global suppliers relation for the Group.

With his understanding of Asia passenger profile and buying habits, John is promoted to the President of DFASS Singapore in 2006 and subsequently expanded his role to the President of DFASS Asia Pacific looking after the growth for the group in the region.  He has successfully introduce the concept of inflight concession to the Asian carriers during the period of his appointment. Today, DFASS manages 15 airline full concession program in Asia Pacific.
