Nora Merenyi, Senior Expert, Deutsche Telekom

Nora is currently working as the Senior Expert of the CRM Team of the Marketing Europe division at Deutsche Telekom Group Headquarter, responsible for exploring improvement potentials in the 14 national companies and supporting them in enhancing their customer understanding and developing innovative solutions in customer base management and loyalty. The mission of her team is to find ways in Base Management to build up emotional bonding with customers and maintain profitable relationship.    Nora has a deep understanding of the telecommunication market, having been working in this field since 2006. Before joining the DT Europe Organization, she worked as a senior team member of the Integrated CRM department at Hungarian Telecom's Consumer Business Unit, being responsible for retention and targeted marketing activities, working on the CRM strategy; developing campaign programs for retention and FMC. Beforehand she worked for Telenor Hungary responsible for BTL and CRM strategy, developing a hunting strategy and leading key CRM projects.
