Eric Schaeffer is the managing director for Sales Operations for EALA for Accenture’s Products Operating Group. The Products Operating Group serves a set of consumer-relevant industries: Retail; Consumer Goods, Life Sciences; Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Infrastructure & Transportation Services; and Air, Freight & Logistics and Travel Services. Eric has spent his career in the AIIT (Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Infrastructure and Transportation) sector. He has significant large scale business transformation experience and he helped international clients to design and transforms their business process and systems to achieve high performance across all of Accenture’s industries. He is also the global managing director for Accenture’s rail transportation practice.
