Todd Koch, VP Strategy, Marketing & Customer Engagement, Greyhound Lines Inc

Todd Koch serves as vice president, strategy and business development for Greyhound Lines, Inc. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the company as well as responsibility for digital channels and onboard products. Koch is heavily focused on customer engagement strategies across all customer journey touch points including innovation in sales channels, service design, product improvements, developing value-added services, and monetizing existing products and services. After joining the company in 2010 as the director of business planning and transformation, Koch led the financial planning and analysis group as well as the ongoing business transformation process. Koch has more than 15 years of experience in the transportation sector previously holding roles in customer services planning, route performance strategy and revenue management at American Airlines. Directly prior to joining Greyhound, he was the director of financial planning and analysis for Centex in Dallas, Texas, where he facilitated company-wide short and long-term business planning, merger and acquisition planning, as well as companywide land ownership strategies. Koch earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
