Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer of Ouibus since June 2016.
After graduating from the ICN Business School in Nancy (France) and an MBA in the USA, Sylvain started his career as a Marketing Project Manager at Air France in London. He then held several management positions in sales and marketing in the tourism field, at Singapore Airlines, Accor Hotels, Hertz and TUI.
Sylvain Gaboriaud’s missions are:
- To make the Ouibus brand known and loved by French travelers, who had never travelled by coach until 3 years ago
- To create a preference and a customer loyalty for Ouibus, through customer experience, customer relations and brand tone of voice
- To develop sales, through direct (ouibus.com and app) and indirect distribution channels (online distributors and comparison websites, partnerships, ticket desks, group sales…)
- To increase Ouibus coaches’ load factor and profit
