Peder Osterkamp, Chief Commercial Officer, MTR Express

MTR Express is one of the world's first private railway companies for commercial passenger traffic (open access), initially targeting the Gothenburg-Stockholm route challenging state-owned incumbent SJ.
As Chief Commercial Officer I drive most strategic initiatives in the commercial space (e.g. strategic partnerships and product development) as well as oversee the activities of the commercial team, including revenue management, online and offline marketing, e-commerce, service on-board (including ~50 service staff), corporate sales, customer experience, loyalty, product, distribution and network management.
Prior to joining MTR Express I was a consultant with McKinsey & Company working mostly in the airline and travel space

Participants are asked to introduce themselves to the table, and then as a group, they brainstorm and produce their suggestions on what technology would work best for them. After 35 minutes, there is one rotation, so participants can join two tables during the session.
