I have been working for Thalys for 4 years now after nearly 5 years spent in the UK for Eurostar.
I have a long experience in Railways, especially in Rolling Stock and High Speed Trains maintenance., engineering, refurbishment and IoT projects
I am also used to work in a multicultural environment within the company ( with our staff and customers ) and with multicultural customers.
I am now in charge of Services for Thalys : catering on Board ;  staff : train attendant, train managers  and Thalys Staff in stations; and other services on board as wifi…
With our team, we work on daily basis to meet operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction to make sure that Thalys meet our customers expectations.
