Paul Fay is senior MES service manager at Zenith Technologies, with responsibility for managing a major global MES managed service.

Paul joined the company in 2008 as senior MES project manager, leading global core MES roll outs, with responsibility for managing projects from initial specification through to go-live before moving into service management.

Having worked in the pharmaceutical industry for more than fifteen years, Paul has experience spanning drug discovery, manufacturing, packaging and logistics, working with some of the world’s major pharmaceutical companies.

Originally a mechanical engineer, Paul has worked in mechanical equipment design, process automation, MES (both bespoke and COTS) systems and business process consultancy. With a background in automation, he has a wealth of knowledge in how to use and implement technology to improve business processes and performance.
Paul has a B.Sc. and qualifications in computer aided engineering and production engineering. He is a member of the Institute of Engineering Designers (IED) and is a PMP from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
