Dr. Manar Al--‐Moneef is the Chief Growth Officer for GE in MENAT. At GE Manar is responsible for driving the growth strategy for GE by creating and executing on growth Initiatives; identifying and developing new business opportunities; building capacity and capability’s. 
Prior to that Dr. Al--‐Moneef Led marketing for the downstream business at GE O&G globally based out of Florence, Italy. She was responsible for driving the commercial strategy for GE Oil & Gas downstream business. Prior to that, Dr. Al--‐Moneef was the Managing Director of Imagination Breakthrough in the Middle East region. She was responsible for leading the business development efforts for GE healthcare. 
Prior to joining GE, Dr. Manar Al--‐Moneef was the Director General of Health Care & Life Sciences at the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA). Dr. Al--‐Moneef was leading all health care and life Sciences investments in Saudi Arabia and positioning Saudi Arabia globally as a premier investment destination. 
Dr. Al--‐Moneef has a MBA from Harvard Business School, a Doctoral Degree in Molecular Oncology from Oxford & Leicester University and a Master Degree in Molecular Medicine form Cambridge University, United Kingdom. Dr. Al--‐Moneef boasts numerous publications in the field of Molecular Medicine, health care and life science strategies.
