Manar Alkassar (28) is Founder of Helpling Middle East. Helpling is the leading platform for household services and active in more than 200 cities globally. 
Manar, a German of Arab origin, studied in St.Gallen (Switzerland), Kaiserslautern (Germany), and Wake Forest University (USA) and holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Business. During his studies he received a merit scholarship from the Foundation of German Business. Prior to joining Rocket Internet he worked in an IT Security start-up in Germany. An enthusiastic entrepreneur, he founded his first of his three start-ups at the age of 16.
