Antonia is Head of Marketing at Diageo MENA and Managing Director of Retail Influence, a Dubai based retail consultancy. Antonia has over 20 years’ experience designing and executing customer-centric strategies in the luxury, FMCG, hospitality and travel sectors. Antonia’s body of work includes establishing and redefining categories, propositions and campaigns with the likes of Christian Dior LVMH, Sainsburys plc, Arcadia Group and Diageo. With Sainsburys plc, Antonia developed their largest ever store and redefined their non-food business. She then led delivery of the critically acclaimed “Milestone stores”, which established a blueprint for format and design within all of Sainsbury’s future stores. Within the GCC, Antonia has overseen Diageo’s strongest year-on-year MENA growth in history, with relentless focus on defining and growing markets, being clear on customer offerings and exceeding on plan with award-winning campaigns. Now with Retail Influence, Antonia is helping GCC based retailers, brands and agencies to match their strategy with insight-driven execution and deliver bottom-line results and growth in difficult market conditions.
