Dr Abdul Malek Al Jaber is the President of the Peppers & Rogers Group in EMEA region Dr. Abdul Malek Al Jaber has extensive experience and a long record of achievements locally and regionally in the ICT Services, entrepreneurship, and Financial Services industry Dr. Al Jaber is Chairman of ; MEPS, MENA Apps, Golden Mills, United for energy Services, Al Dawlieh for Investments, Khan El Omdan. He is also a member of the CEO organization,, president of MBAN, board member of EBAN and other leading companies.

He is the chairman/ founder of MENA Apps and chairman / founder of Arabreneur. Today, in less than 3years, MENNA Apps is a leading accelerator and hub for Arab 'think digital' innovators and entrepreneurs with 20+ successful start-ups among which the leading business inelegance, learning management system, entertainment, smart cities and cloud solution providers.
Dr. Al Jaber, served as Chairman of the Middle East Payment Services, MEPS. MEPS is a leading payment services company as well as leading the way to on-line and mobile payments in the region. Dr. Al Jaber is leading the revolution in the e-Payment domain in the region, through the introduction of new payment channels, filling a major gap that is facing e-commerce and e-services in the Arab world.
Previously Al Jaber was COO of Zain group and CEO of Zain Jordan (July 2009 to June 2011). He managed to achieve a double digit growth while competition had a serious decline and introduce new innovative services into the industry. He also served as a vice chairman and CEO of Palestine's Paltel group from 2003 to 2009. Dr. Al Jaber managed to grow the net income of Paltel Group from 15 million to 100 million, within two years (2003-2005), introduce CSR into Palestine and start leading companies in the logistics, banking and industrial sector..
In 2010, Dr. Al Jaber was ranked by Global Telecoms, # 62 on its annual power 100 list. He is the first Jordanian recognized on this list, and in 2011 he was ranked # 69. For the third year (2012), the same organization ranked him #70 and # 73 in 2013. In addition to this, he was also ranked number 21 in the top 50 most powerful people in the Media, Marketing and Advertising in June 2011.
Dr. Al Jaber served as board member of Cairo Amman Bank, PADICO, PIEDCO, VTEL, PRICO, and many other leading investment and publicly traded companies in the MENA region.

Graduate of Jordan University of Science and Technology, McGill University, Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and the International School of Management in Paris. He holds a Doctor of BA and an MBA and Master of Science in Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering.
