As Head of International Flights within Latin America at LAN Airlines, Nicolas is responsible of a +1 Billion revenue business operating in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela and USA (south). Before joining LAN Airlines, Nicolas worked as an Associate Principal at McKinsey and Company. At that role he led Management Consulting teams through Latin America and Spain, leveraging his extensive experience serving clients in Retail, Airlines, Telecommunications and Financial Services Industries. At McKinsey, Nicolas was the Operations practice leader for Chile and Argentina and received McKinsey’s “Marvin Bower Award” for Coaching and Values. Before Mckinsey Nicolas worked for Goldman Sachs as summer associate, Accenture and Volkswagen Nicolas holds an MBA and certificate in Global management from University of California at Berkeley. He is also Licentiate in Business Administration from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
