Daniel Shurz joined Frontier Airlines in June 2009 as Vice President of Strategy and Planning. In November of 2009, following Frontier’s acquisition by Republic Airways Holdings, Inc., he was named vice president of Strategy and Planning for Republic, with responsibility for network planning and scheduling, alliances and distribution for the Company’s branded operations. Prior to his move to Frontier Airlines, Daniel worked at United Airlines and Chicago Transit Authority and most recently, before Frontier, at Air Canada where he was Vice President, Network Planning. Daniel grew up in the United Kingdom and received his BA from University of Cambridge and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He lives in Denver with his wife and 2 children.
