Claire Bostock, Executive Director Absolute Yoga Group (Absolute Sanctuary, Absolute Yoga, Absolute Pilates, Absolute Fit Food)
Claire originally a banker from Singapore, left the banking world and went into yoga teaching and also counseling work, working as a Counselor with MD Specialist & Adam Road Hospital. With a passion for integrated healing, she combined her counseling techniques with yoga to help her patients. In early 2006, Claire moved to Bangkok, Thailand where she taught at ABSOLUTE YOGA Bangkok's various studios to gain wider exposure in her teaching experience in Hot yoga, Yin, Pilates, Hatha & Vinyasa classes. Claire has further taken up the position as a Counselor for TRIA, an Integrated Medical Wellness Center, where she managed the Movement Department and set up a yoga program to provide an integrated approach to healing for clients. In 2008, with her experience in developing programs & charisma in attending to people's personal needs, she become the Executive Director at ABSOLUTE SANCTUARY.
With her experience in managing the resort and developing the programs at ABSOLUTE SANCTUARY, Claire's portfolio was increased in 2011 to be the Executive Director of ABSOLUTE YOGA GROUP where her responsibility spread to manage all ABSOLUTE YOGA and ABSOLUTE PILATES studios ,overseeing it's expansion, teachers and program development. In 2013 the portfolio further expanded to include ABSOLUTE FIT FOOD a new healthy food delivery service in Thailand .
