Nobel Vale, Research Scientist II, Bristol Myers Squibb

Nobel Vale is a Research Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb since 2012. He was part of the upstream process development group and responsible for optimizing cell culture bioreactor processes to increase productivity. He transitioned internally to the Innovative Process Analytical Sciences (iPAS) group to focus on real time analytics for bioprocess monitoring and control. He has been investigating and applying various enabling technologies to bioprocesses including Raman spectroscopy, capacitance, and automated sampling. He holds a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University (2009).
