2005-2010. Established an in IT company. Fulfilled 2 projects for retail networks automation, engineered and built 63 Wi-Fi networks within the project of computerization of Arbitral Courts, took the lead and managed the development of 3 web-portal and a custom billing system.
 
2010-2013. Took the lead over Product development department, SITRONICS as a department director with following competencies: product portfolio development and complex projects delivery. Made effective participation within government contracts (Russian Federation, Ukraine) for engineering and creating of the video surveillance system, which enables citizens to monitor the elections processes online. Given system was used during President Elections in Russia and the Parliament elections in Ukraine.
 
2013-present. Executive director, MaximaTelecom. Competencies: operational management, strategy and business development. One of the earliest team members of the Moscow Metro Wi-Fi project, mainly responsible for strategic success of the project, strategy development, new projects discovery and delivery. Has packed the Moscow Metro Wi-Fi project business model into a packet offering for metros and investors around the world.
