Mr Chris Dulake, Chief Engineer, Crossrail

 

Chris is a Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers.  He has worked in the construction industry for 28 years and is currently Chief Engineer for Crossrail leading the Engineering division.

Chris is the engineering technical authority for the Crossrail programme, providing engineering leadership and advice for Crossrail and its construction and design contractors. 

Prior to Crossrail, Chris worked for Arup and AECOM where he was Project Director and provided specialists design and construction advice for international and UK major projects. 

Among the projects Chris has worked on are the King’s Cross station Redevelopment, UK; Marmaray Crossing, Istanbul and 2nd Avenue Subway, New York.

He is a strong advocate for efficiency and quality in design and construction through the use of collaborative working, shared risk management and informed project management.
