Roy Adair is the President & CEO of Senoko Power which is the largest electricity generator and retailer in the Singapore Electricity Market. Senoko Power has a licensed capacity of 3,300MW of which nearly 2000MW is combined cycle gas turbine technology.
Roy joined Senoko Power with extensive experience of the UK and Australian electricity markets and worldwide experience of the utilities industry. Roy advised on the privatisation of the UK electricity market and joined Powergen, one of the two large electricity generators, ahead of the commencement of the UK electricity market. Roy held several senior management positions with Powergen prior to becoming Chief Executive of Yallourn Energy, the Victorian generator and retailer acquired by Powergen in 1996 in consortium with several Australian institutional investors.

Goh Chee Kiong is a Deputy Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and is responsible for the Environment and Clean Energy portfolio since 2003. This industry includes Clean Energy, in which solar energy is the main focus, and Environmental and Water Technologies.

In a structural reorganization of Western Power in January 2001, Adrian was reappointed to run a revamped Sustainable Energy Branch focused solely on renewable energy projects. This exciting development required the Branch to investigate, plan, develop, own and operate renewable energy projects Australia wide. In 2006, following the restructure of Western Power into four separate entities, he was appointed to a business development role in electricity generator, Verve Energy, charged to seek out business opportunities across the sustainable energy industry spectrum. Over the past seven years, renewable energy projects valued in excess of A$130 million were installed or are currently under completion.
He is on the Commonwealth Government Renewable Energy Committee assessing grant applications under the A$100 million Renewable Energy Development Initiative, and was formally a member of the A$35 million Australian Greenhouse Office Technical Expert Reference Group for the Advanced Electricity Storage Technologies grants program.

Currently, Ir Hadri is the National Project Leader of the Malaysia Building Integrated Photovoltaic (MBIPV) project – a national holistic policy programme by the Government of Malaysia with support from United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Global Environment Facility (GEF) and private sector – to develop a sustainable and cost effective local market for grid-connected PV applications. Previously, Ir Hadri has been involved in the development of national energy efficiency policy for the Government of Malaysia, and was also the Chief Technical Advisor to UNDP on a development programme for solar PV. Presently, Ir Hadri also chairs the National Standard Working Group on Solar Photovoltaic Systems, and represents Malaysia to the IEA PVPS and IEC TC 82.

Nirmal Kishnani, PhD, trained in Architecture and is now an educator, consultant and writer based in Singapore. As design practitioner he has worked on several landmark projects in Singapore until 1998 when, interest in environmental buildings, led him to a doctorate and the subsequent set up of the first Singapore-based Green design consultancy. He has since collaborated on projects across Asia, written and lectured extensively on the subject of Greening, addressing Green Building Congresses in India, Taiwan and the Philippines. Olli Virta is the person behind the most talked about SGDS$1.2 billion biggest biodiesel plant in the world which will soon be set up in Singapore. The plant will have a design capacity of 800,000 t/a, making it the largest facility producing diesel fuel from renewable feedstocks anywhere. He has over 30 years of experience in the oil refinery business. Currently the President of Neste Oil in Singapore, he is responsible of ensuring the operation and sustainability of this plant. He was formerly the Vice President for Manufacturing and Chief Refining Officer of AB Nynas Petroleum and Managing Director of Nynas Refining AB. He was also the former General Manager of Naantali Refinery, Mr. Virta has several years of experience in the global refinery business.
