Charlo is leading multiple digital product teams in Bank Rakyat Indonesia, the largest bank in Indonesia. The two biggest products Charlo in charge is a Buy Now Pay Later product named Ceria, and an ultra-micro financial superapp named Senyum Mobile. Prior to BRI, Charlo was a Channel Strategy Manager in Ruangguru, the largest Edu-Tech startup in South East Asia. He led martech team building a CRM product which optimize ATL and BTL. Prior to Ruangguru, Charlo spent 8 years working in Singapore and Australia, ranging from transport infrastructure projects, semiconductor manufacturing, and engineering R&D.

Charlo has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Master's Degree in Economics from The Australian National University.
