Ali Moosa is a Vice Chairman of Wholesale Payments business line globally which is part of Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). In addition, he is the Regional Business Executive for Wholesale Payments providing senior clients connectivity and coverage, strategic business expansion as well as Governance across Treasury Services and Trade Finance for the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa “CEEMEA Region”. Ali is also the Senior Country Officer for J.P. Morgan’s offices in Bahrain, Egypt and Lebanon with all line of business coverage responsibilities. 

Ali has over 27 years of banking experience covering Financial Institutions, Large Corporates and Public Sector entities across CEEMEA markets.
Ali is accountable for developing and implementing growth strategies across J.P. Morgan’s lines of business, leading regional management teams and working in close partnership with senior leaders of the firm globally in building the firm’s expansion strategies, in-country client franchises and product capabilities. Ali joined Chase Manhattan Bank in 1993 and has held a number of leadership positions at the firm. Ali is also a board member of a number of companies in Bahrain including Economic Development Board and Gulf Air Group of Companies.
