Dr Peter Prevos is a Dutch water engineer and social scientist who dabbles in theatrical magic. Peter has 25 years of experience as a water engineer and manager in Europe, South Africa, Asia and Australia. Peter has a PhD in business and wrote Customer Experience Management for Water Utilities. He occasionally lectures marketing for MBA students at La Trobe University. Dr Prevos is currently responsible for developing and implementing the data science strategy for Coliban Water, a water utility in regional Australia. The objective of this strategy is to create value from data through useful, sound and aesthetic data science. Peter is the author of Principles of Strategic Data Science, which provides a framework to generate value from small and big data.
