Mr. DIANI has, to his credit, more than 17 years of experience, in the field of International Trade issues, Energy Economics and Government Affairs, during which he held several relevant senior positions such as an Advisor to the Minister of Energy, Mines, Water & Environment, Advisor to the Minister of Industry, Trade and New Technologies, and Advisor to the Secretary General & Senior Official in charge of the Regional & Multilateral Trade Relations Issues at the Ministry of Foreign Trade.
He holds a Master of Science in Agribusiness Management and Economics of Natural Resources from the International Centre for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies (France), and an Agricultural Economist Engineer Diploma (M.Sc.) from the Agronomic and Veterinary Institute of Hassan II (Morocco).
Mr. DIANI took part of many strategic studies related to the role of the public policy reforms in association with key issues like Regional Integration, Energy Transition, Trade in Services, Export and Industrial Competitiveness. He was also a part-time teacher of international trade courses at the Agronomic and Veterinary Institute Hassan II, and has supervised several academic researchers in different fields.
