Dr Zach graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2016 and bought a practice in Goulburn in 2018. Starting out as a quiet one vet, one nurse operation, the clinic has grown to employ 2 vets and 4 nurses, with more on the way! As every practice owner knows, there are plenty of challenges and opportunities along the way, but without decades of veterinary experience, Zach has needed to get new solutions from mentors, conferences, webinars, podcasts, books and a healthy dose of trial-and-error. As well as combining clinical practice with business ownership, Dr Zach also mentors students and junior veterinarians, serves on the NSW AVA committee, and presents online webinars for Vet Education and Hills.
