Suzanne graduated with a Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience (Hons I) from the University of Sydney in 2016. As a postgraduate, she received her veterinary training through the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program at the University of Sydney and will graduate at the end of 2020. She has over 10 years of experience working in small animal clinics across Sydney and enjoys volunteering at community events such as the RSPCA vaccination drives, the Million Paws Walk, Dogs NSW Endurance Event and the Sydney Royal Easter Show. She is passionate about applying artificial intelligence in veterinary medicine to deliver scalable solutions that enable vets and the wider community to access live surveillance of diseases. During her studies, she led a nationwide collaborative research project to develop an artificial intelligence model to track cases of canine parvovirus in Australia.
