Dr Lee Danks, Executive Committee, PFIAA
Lee’s interest in clinical nutrition leapt from the veterinary consulting room to working in the pet food industry in 2005. He has had roles in everything from clinical practice, through pet food sales and marketing, training and education, scientific affairs and communication, and now works in a regulatory role within product Research and Development.
Making the right decisions to ensure product integrity and safeguard pet health underpins his daily work which includes developing diets, ensuring their quality and safety, and responding to the needs of customers and their pets. 
Lee has worked with PFIAA since 2019 and is proud to sit on the Executive Committee as Treasurer, while contributing to the Standards and Technical Working Group. He also takes part in the Global Alliance of Pet Food Associations (GAPFA) Nutrition Work Stream.
