With a career spanning over three decades, Kelly has established herself as a dedicated leader in the veterinary and pharmaceutical industries. After earning her Bachelor of Veterinary Science from Sydney University in 1994, she spent her first 12 years in mixed animal practice across southwest and central NSW, honing her expertise in both companion and production animals. Her early experiences gave her a deep understanding of the practical challenges and rewards in maintaining the health and welfare of diverse species.

Kelly’s career evolved as she transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, where she has held various Associate Director & now Director roles, contributing significantly to both Research and Development (R&D) and commercial teams. She has been instrumental in driving innovations in veterinary medicine, focusing on creating solutions that improve animal health, welfare, and productivity.

A passionate advocate for veterinarians, Kelly is committed to promoting the crucial role they play in society, from either enhancing the lives of pets, to supporting sustainable practices in food production.
