Senior Lecturer Senior Lecturer - Small Animal Surgery School Of Veterinary Science

Jayne graduated in 1994 from the University of Queensland and worked in mixed practice for a number of years before taking a position as a clinical instructor in small animal surgery at the University of California in Davis.  After returning to Australia, Jayne completed her small animal surgery residency at Murdoch University in Perth in 2012.  She became a board certified small animal surgeon (a specialty qualification) in 2014 and was accepted as a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons.  Jayne joined the University of Queensland as a Senior Lecturer in Small Animal Surgery in 2014.  She enjoys all aspects of small animal surgery, particularly soft tissue and neurosurgery.
