Haidee Gray, Advanced clinical coder, vet, PhD candidate, Queensland Department of Health

Haidee is a vet, clinical coder, and PhD candidate with a project looking at how to keep staff in vet clinics.
She’s involved with the Not For Profit 'Sustainable Veterinary Careers' and has contributed to the AVA's Great Veterinary Workplaces Policy & Guidelines. Having worked in clinical practice for 20 years, Haidee brings a wealth of knowledge and lived experience to her research and believes that to drive positive change across the veterinary profession there needs to be transparency and cohesion. She envisions a veterinary profession brimming (or at least sustainably staffed) with fulfilled, healthy and contented people and hopes to contribute to this through her research, presentations and collaborations.
