With over 20 years in the commercial construction industry as well as animal care industries, Gavin was perfectly poised to become involved in designing and fitting out Veterinary Clinics, hospitals, and specialist referral centres.  Always with the purpose of improving the day of all those within its walls - the practice owner and their staff, clients, and their pets. Being a small business owner for the last 20 years, and with a master's in business and technology and project management qualifications, he can advise clients on the best and most effective path forward to achieve their goals, and how to best utilise their budget to become a 'practice of choice'. To provide the best possible service to his clients, Gavin travels the globe to source innovative products from likeminded individuals that share his passion for improving the workspace of veterinarians and improving the outcomes for both staff and patients. Staying abreast of all the latest research and design trends ensures Gavin and his team can offer their clients the absolute best outcome for their facility.  To attract and retain staff he believes it is vital to ensure workspaces are comfortable and efficient to work in, and  equipment is user friendly to all sizes and physical capacities - taking as much stress out of the day as possible.  Good facility and equipment design meets the needs of your staff and animals - great facility and equipment design meets that and so much more.
