Dr David Woods, former Rural GP, Palliative Care Physician, and founder of Dr2Dr Coaching is an ICF-accredited coach with a unique focus on professional well-being and enhancing non-technical and leadership skills.  Learning more about the operationalisation of compassion from the study of conflict than in 30 years of providing palliative care has reinforced his belief in the power of cross-disciplinary learning.  The professional challenges of stress, burnout and job satisfaction amongst veterinary care providers parallel and commonly surpass those of modern healthcare, and David is excited at the prospect of sharing his expertise with the veterinary profession.
