Felix is Head of Commissioned Projects and leads Aurora’s consulting team. Felix advises utilities, investors and policy makers on UK energy markets. Recent projects include: advising on various multimillion-pound transactions of power infrastructure; leading the development of Aurora’s market-leading GB Distributed and Flexible Energy Service; advising a UK government department on the trade-offs between renewables and nuclear; and developing a power market balancing services strategy for a major utility. Felix started his professional career as a researcher at the Bank of Canada and was a tutor at St Hilda’s College, University of Oxford. Felix holds M.Phil and D.Phil degrees in Economics from the University of Oxford.
