Alistair is Head of Energy Transition at Consumer Scotland, leading a small team dedicated to improving outcomes for consumers across a wide range of energy policy issues. Prior to this role he was responsible for setting up Consumer Scotland’s new statutory responsibilities relating to heat network consumers.
