Zephframe makes B2B AI-powered software that automatically, actively, adaptively and even predictively controls building heating and cooling systems to reduce energy use and greenhouse gas emissions dramatically. We achieve this by directly interfacing with popular building management systems (BMS) and utilize building data along with our machine learning to understand how a building is actually being used so that our software can automatically control the heating and cooling systems to make sure that heated or cooled air is only sent to where people are or will be, and not to where they are not.
