The High Tech Battery Incorporation (HTBI, trademark: Cold Electric) is committed to develop a safe and environmental friendly energy storage system for the goodness of worldwide. The development teams have co-worked with many professors and professionals for the past fifteen years to develop different types of batteries and gained experiences ever since.

The company have successfully developed the safest Lithium-ion battery with a pilot plant at the year of 2020, followed by a manufacturing plant in 2022 which is located in Shulin district of New Taipei City in Taiwan. The manufacturing plant is focused on the designing and mass production of lithium-ion battery storage system. The next milestone is to expand the capacity of the current plant 20 times larger, and investment of the highest standard world scale Giga factory.
